Job Description

Now Hiring:
Customer Service Specialist - Appleton Area We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused specialist to join a growing company in the construction industry.
Pay:
$18-$21/hour, depending on experience •Additional earning potential available through lead incentives•
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00PM Paid lunch included Guaranteed 40 hours per week (full time and part time position available)
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by providing updates on project timelines, scheduling, and service-related questions. Collaborate closely with installation crews and internal team members to ensure projects run smoothly. Address customer issues and concerns in a timely, professional manner. Monitor and manage service calls, warranty requests, and follow-up activities. Maintain detailed and accurate customer information within the CRM system. Conduct post-project follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities. Ability to navigate challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and established processes.
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
