Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Assist the Inside Sales staff with any and all filing needs. Maintain login information for customer's online systems. Track "in-transit" invoices. Provide order assistance and expediting when necessary to assist Inside Sales staff. Act as a backup for delivering parts quotes to customer inquiries. Open & distribute mail as well as maintain the postage machine including adding funds. Provide phone coverage as needed. Maintain "Welcome" area for guests and customers including updating lobby sign in a timely and accurate manner, maintain company literature, and provide coffee and drinks as necessary. Arrange for lunches for client meetings, in-house training sessions, and company

Ability to relate to all levels of employees within the organization, as well as customers, vendors, and suppliers. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, namely Excel, Word, & Outlook. Strict adherence to Corporate rules, policies, and regulations.

Preferred Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate's Degree strongly preferred. Business field strongly desired. Prior experience with industrial environments & situations strongly desired. Proven ability to provide maximum operational efficiency. #LI-LG1 #
