Salary Range:

Must be willing to earn your Property & Casualty insurance license early in the process (we'll help guide you through it). Responsibilities Proactively Generate Leads by reaching out to prospects through calls, networking events, and referrals to build a strong sales pipeline. Conduct Personalized Client Consultations to identify insurance needs and present customized coverage solutions that align with their goals. Drive Sales Performance by executing proven strategies, overcoming objections, and consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets. Build Lasting Client Relationships by delivering exceptional service and maintaining trust to encourage long-term business and referrals.
