About us Earth Sense Energy Systems Inc. (ESES) is seeking to add to its' growing Team. ESES is a leader in the Hearth Industry (Pellet, Wood, Gas Stoves, along with BBQs) since 1991 and is currently recognized as the largest dealer of Pellet Stoves and Green Mountain Pellet Grills in North America. ESES also entered the Replacement Window business 10+ years ago, adding to our Energy Saving portfolio. We are looking for the best! If you have 3 years or more professional outside sales/canvassing experience we need to talk. Already a leader in our industry, we are seeking a candidate that enjoys setting their own hours and not being stuck behind a desk from 9 to 5 every day. This is a full time, hourly position with the opportunity for unlimited income. First year expectation is 50-75k, year two 75-100k, year three 100k+. This is not a door to door sales position, but rather getting out in the community and explaining who we are and what we do with the intent of gaining interest in our products and setting the appointment. Once fully trained you would run the appointments yourself but while training you would attend the appointments with your experienced sales mentor. If you have previous management experience and can see yourself perhaps leading and training a team in the future even better! We provide all the tools to be successful including company vehicle to use daily to get to your canvassing locations and appointments.
