In this role, you will drive growth by engaging with potential customers directly in their homes . Your enthusiasm for helping to educate homeowners about their homes and our waterproofing solutions will build lasting relationships. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills in a fast-paced environment focused on customer satisfaction and community impact. Excellent candidates for this position often times do not have any sales experience at all. People who often do well in this position might have a background in law enforcement, in the military, as first responders, or as blue collar workers. Responsibilities Provide a FREE 20 point basement inspection(both inside and outside), perform an air quality test, and perform a mold swab test Present and explain waterproofing services to homeowners, emphasizing benefits and technical details Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, industry trends, and competitor offerings Assist in applying for financing through our 3rd party lenders we collaborate with.
