Responsibilities - As an Entry Level Sales Representative , your responsibilities will include: Support lead generation and help run sales presentations Learn inspections, phone scripts, and our sales process through real work Provide excellent customer service and own follow-up for assigned files Keep clean, timely CRM/Zuper records so we can coach you to success

Requirements:

Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team No prior sales experience required; comprehensive training provided

Compensation Plan:

Starting base ~ $30,000 + commission & bonuses (paid training + clear promotion path) Paid orientation and training; clear stepping-stone roles lead to Inside (phone) or Outside (field) sales Opportunity to earn more as you advance into higher-paying roles
