Job Description

Our reputation has been built on quality, expertise, and doing what we say we'll do. We're seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Consultant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys managing projects from concept through completion while building long-term customer relationships. What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, designers, and referral partners. Meet with clients to understand project goals and recommend flooring solutions. Prepare estimates and proposals. Follow up consistently to close opportunities and grow sales. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are set up for success. Remain involved throughout the project lifecycle to help ensure a positive customer experience. Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities. Represent Ralph's Hardwood Floors with professionalism and integrity. What We're Looking For Proven success in outside sales, consultative sales, or relationship-based selling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously. Experience in flooring, construction, remodeling, building products, or home improvement is helpful but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation We offer a compensation package designed to reward performance and contribution. Competitive base salary plus commission. Total compensation is dependent upon experience, performance, and responsibilities. Top performers earn six-figure incomes. For candidates who bring leadership experience, industry expertise, or the ability to take on additional responsibilities, compensation opportunities may be greater. $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
