We value promoting from within our company to focus on career growth. What You'll Do Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial greeting to final delivery. Build relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction. Conduct product demonstrations and test drives. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle models, features, and incentives. Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong communication throughout the buying process. Achieve individual and team sales goals while providing a top-tier customer experience. What We're Looking For Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required — training provided. Excellent communication and people skills. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help customers. Self-motivated with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
