Position Overview Are you a natural relationship builder who thrives on helping people, exceeding goals, and creating energy wherever you go? ISI Brookfield is seeking a highly motivated Sales Leader / Membership Director to drive membership sales, community engagement, and revenue growth. This is not a front-desk position. We are looking for someone who loves sales, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated by creating opportunities and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into members, building strategic partnerships within the community, and creating an exceptional first impression for every person who walks through our doors.

Team-Oriented Leader Leads by example and contributes to a positive, high-performance culture. Works closely with coaches and ownership to create a world-class member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Membership Sales Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals. Conduct consultations and facility tours with prospective members. Convert leads into memberships through effective follow-up and relationship building. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and consistently nurture opportunities. Lead Generation & Outreach Execute community outreach initiatives and local networking efforts. Develop referral partnerships with local businesses, healthcare providers, schools, and organizations. Represent ISI Brookfield at community events and promotional activities. Generate new leads through grassroots marketing and member referrals. Member Experience Deliver an exceptional first impression to every prospect, member, and guest. Ensure prospective members feel welcomed, supported, and excited about their fitness journey. Support onboarding and retention efforts to maximize member success. Sales Operations Track leads, appointments, conversions, and membership metrics. Manage CRM activities and maintain accurate records. Follow up with all inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Help identify opportunities to improve sales processes and member acquisition strategies. Facility Support Assist with front-of-house operations when needed. Ensure the facility remains welcoming, professional, and organized. Support marketing campaigns and special events. Qualifications Previous sales, membership sales, fitness sales, or business development experience preferred. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. High energy, positive attitude, and professional appearance. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
