Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and expand our presence throughout the Milwaukee Metro area. This position focuses on developing relationships with property managers, facility managers, office administrators, general contractors, construction companies, schools, healthcare facilities, and commercial property owners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys networking, prospecting, meeting new clients, conducting site walkthroughs, and closing deals. Experience selling commercial services, facility services, janitorial services, or construction-related services is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and in-person visits. Prospect commercial buildings, office parks, medical facilities, schools, retail centers, and construction projects. Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, business owners, and general contractors. Attend networking events, trade shows, chamber events, and industry meetings. Requirements 2+ years of B2B sales experience Experience selling janitorial, facility services, building maintenance, construction services, or related industries Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systemsPay:
