Job Description

Rausch Tree is a full-service tree care provider specializing in tree removal, trimming, tree planting, and plant health care. We provide job security for our employees by operating full-time and year-round as well as paying above the industry standard wages. We are seeking an honest and hard-working sales associate to join our professional tree care team. This role involves working with our team to provide tree service estimates to our potential clients. You will be expected to drive to jobsites, meet and speak with residential customers, evaluate jobs and close sales. We create a custom commission structure tailored to your strengths which will afford you virtually unlimited earning potential and is coupled with a very competitive base salary. You can feel confident that when you sell our services, you are selling a trusted service for a fair price from an honest company. Responsibilities Have a great attitude and character! Maintain constant communication and daily in-person appointments with customers and prospects Build and implement a sales plan for his/her territory Gather necessary information to provide on-site estimates, review the scope of work with the customer Actively pursue the customer to secure their commitment to scheduling the work Review neighboring properties for additional work opportunities Utilize sales process tools, software, and other technologies to streamline the process for the customer Ensure customer satisfaction through the duration of the engagement and secure client feedback Attend home shows and other events to garner sales Qualifications/ Experience Certified Arborist is a major plus Experience in Tree Care is a major plus Knowledge of tree removal/trimming Passion for nature Dedication to honesty/integrity Good physical fitness, with the ability to walk through rugged terrain safely Commitment to safety protocols and environmental stewardship in outdoor work environments Valid Driver's License with no major violations Experience in plant health care is a plus but not required Commissions and bonus plans: Rausch Tree believes in and is committed to sharing its operations and financial success with its most valuable assets, Our Employees.
