We're looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Consultant who enjoys building relationships, learning new products, and delivering an exceptional buying experience. What You'll Do Assist customers in selecting the powersports vehicle that best fits their needs and budget. Develop and maintain lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. Become knowledgeable on Polaris, Can-Am, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, and other products and accessories we offer. Follow up with leads through phone, email, text, and in-person communication. Present financing, protection products, and accessories that enhance the ownership experience. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities. Stay current on promotions, inventory, and manufacturer programs. Help maintain an attractive, organized showroom and lot presentation. Work collaboratively with our finance, parts, and service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with customers. Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a performance-based environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Basic computer proficiency. Sales experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
