Sales Representative Construction

Position Overview Seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive business for asphalt and paving services across Dane County and surrounding areas. This role focuses on generating new business, building relationships, and managing projects from bid to completion. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new clients (commercial, municipal, and residential) Meet with customers on-site to assess paving and asphalt needs Prepare and present estimates and proposals Manage client relationships from initial contact through project completion Coordinate with operations teams to ensure project success Track leads, bids, and sales pipeline Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to read job sites and understand scope of work Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Preferred Qualifications Experience in asphalt, paving, or construction sales Existing relationships with contractors, property managers, or municipalities Familiarity with estimating or bidding processes Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission structure High earning potential based on performance Ongoing pipeline of leads and project opportunities Work Environment Mix of field work (site visits, client meetings) and office/admin time Territory includes Dane County and surrounding areas Fast-paced, growth-focused company

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
