We specialize in Apple products, Cellcom services, ProAV solutions, digital signage, and Atmosphere immersive display systems.

MacMan is looking for an outgoing, tech-savvy Technology Sales & Support Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning about new technology, and helping customers find the right products, services, and support for their needs. The right candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the aptitude to grow with our team. Responsibilities The responsibilities listed below are intended to reflect the position described on our employment page at www.macmanstore.com/employment. The role will be focused on the duties, services, and customer support needs outlined there, while also allowing room to grow as our products, services, and customer needs evolve.
Responsibilities may include:
Helping customers choose the right products and services, including Mac, iPad, iPhone, Android phones, accessories, AppleCare, Cellcom services, ProAV solutions, and support options Providing excellent customer service in a technology store environment Creating sales and service tickets Assisting with one-on-one customer support and basic technology training Supporting customers with iPhones, iPads, Macs, and related services Learning and explaining MacMan services, including setup, data migration, support plans, and service options Assisting with merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment Collaborating with team members to meet sales and customer service goals Participating in product, sales, and service training Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: A strong interest in technology A positive attitude and a welcoming approach to customer service A willingness to learn Apple products, Cellcom services, ProAV, and other technology solutions The ability to communicate clearly with customers of all skill levels Retail sales or customer service experience A team-focused attitude Availability to work weekdays and Saturdays Preferred Skills The following are a plus, but not required: Retail sales experience Business-to-business sales experience Knowledge of Apple products, including Mac, iPad, iPhone, and Apple accessories Experience with cellular phones or wireless services Interest or experience in marketing, blogging, social media, Wix, or website development Interest in ProAV, digital signage, or immersive display technology Training Provided MacMan provides on-the-job training, including: Hands-on sales training Apple product and sales training Cellcom sales training POS system training Ongoing product and service education Benefits Team environment with supportive leadership Hands-on training and development with the latest technology products Online training to learn Apple products Employee discounts and buying program Opportunity to grow with a long-standing, family-owned technology company How to Apply To apply, please visit: www.macmanstore.com/employment Complete the online application.
