Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team! Reviews work orders for completeness and accuracy; prepares and prints pack slips for delivery and UPS shipment of tooling; creates and emails invoices daily. 2. Answers the phone and assists customers with inquiries regarding the status of their order, order discrepancies and other customer service-related communication; handles, resolves and tracks customer complaints. 3. Requests Purchase Orders from customers when required, and acknowledges P.O.'s received. 4. Reviews the Unbilled Shipment Summary to follow up on orders that are pending the receipt of P.O.'s. 5. Works with the Ariba and Coupa systems to manage purchase orders and invoicing for customers utilizing these platforms. 6. Produces customer quotes for tool sharpening including saw blade quotes from scrap blades as noted on the tip list; obtains quotes from outsourced services and applies appropriate pricing to quotes and work orders; follow up on quotes sent to customers to determine status. 7. Handles customer reorders including sharpening, custom, samples and test tools. 8. Creates Purchase Orders to submit to vendors for the purchase of required products, materials and services; creates Work Orders and Tool Forms as a part of the purchasing process; follows up on open purchase orders and monitors late orders; updates tool forms to reflect any changes. 9. Acts as the liaison between the Business Development Manager and the customer; periodically travels with the Business Development Manager to reinforce customer relationships. 10. Sets up new vendors in the system; evaluates vendor performance through supplier surveys. 11. Purchases janitorial and other supplies for the shop. 12. Enters new customers into the shop floor control system and UPS Worldship. 13. Files customer purchase orders and tool forms. 14. Serves as a back-up for Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable. 15. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. 16. Strives to help achieve organization goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 17. Performs other duties as required. Skills/Qualifications Customer focused, with excellent computer and verbal communication skills. Possesses organizational and time management skills with problem solving capabilities. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy is critical. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
