Inside Sales Representative

The ideal inside sales representative will be able to courteously assist walk in, email customers, and telephone customers. Take accurate notes, multitask, and follow up in a timely fashion. Our ideal condidate will provide top quality parts sales, service for radiators, heat exchangers, and diesel after treatment systems (DPF/DEF/DOC/ SCR) for on-road HD trucks, off-road contruction, mining, and agricultural equipment, power generation, industrial process cooling, and marine propulsion industries. Some experience or knowledge in these areas is required. Procedural training will be provided, as well as in-depth training on our unique lines of products and services. Candidate will have responsibilities for maintaining inventory, ordering product, and building relationships with our vendors and customers. We have great customers and they keep us busy! We appreciate our customers, and we love to be their problem solvers!
