Higher Power Builders LLC is looking for driven Sales Consultants to join our growing construction company serving all of Wisconsin. We specialize in roofing, framing, remodeling, siding, and other exterior home improvement services. We are looking for individuals who can confidently communicate with homeowners, build trust, close sales, and complete estimates. As a Sales Consultant, your main responsibility will be meeting with homeowners, inspecting projects, preparing estimates, presenting solutions, and closing deals. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are hungry to succeed and grow with the company. Construction or sales experience is preferred. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners and discuss project needs Inspect properties and provide solutions Prepare and complete estimates Follow up with leads and close sales Build strong customer relationships Represent the company professionally Work closely with the team throughout the sales process Help grow the company throughout Wisconsin Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Motivated and goal-oriented Sales experience preferred Construction knowledge Ability to work independently and close deals Ability to complete estimates professionally and accurately What We Offer ✅ $100,000
