Job Description

Outside Sales Representative (B2B) | Uncapped Commission + Territory Ownership If you're tired of fighting Twin Cities traffic every day and want the opportunity to make a real impact in the western Wisconsin market while maintaining the backing and stability of an established organization, we'd love to talk. As we continue to strengthen our presence in Hudson and the surrounding Wisconsin market, we're looking for a confident, entrepreneurial sales professional who wants to become the face of our organization in the territory. You'll have the freedom to build relationships, develop your own strategy, and grow a market with the support of an established company behind you. At Coordinated Business Systems , you'll step into a territory backed by more than 40 years of success, a strong reputation, and an existing client base. But this role isn't about maintaining what's already there. It's about taking ownership and driving growth. What You'll Do:
Manage and grow a designated B2B sales territory Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision makers Identify customer challenges and recommend office technology and workflow solutions Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent activity Work with internal teams to deliver the right solution for each client Build long-term relationships and develop repeat business and referrals

Are comfortable prospecting and building new business Enjoy being out in the field, meeting with clients Like having ownership over your work and results Are self-motivated and organized Are driven by performance-based earnings Experience That Helps (But Isn't Required): B2B sales Outside sales Business development Technology or equipment sales If you're coachable, driven, and confident communicating with others, we'll teach you the rest.
