Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with centers of influence (COIs), including insurance agents, property managers, facility managers, and local business leaders.
Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while consistently working to exceed sales and growth goals.
Community Presence:
Attend networking events, community functions, and professional association meetings to strengthen SERVPRO's visibility and reputation.
Client Engagement:
Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and Emergency Ready Profile consultations to educate clients on disaster preparedness and restoration solutions.
Leadership & Initiative:
Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and leadership qualities by taking initiative, solving problems, and contributing positively to team success.
Customer Satisfaction:
Provide exceptional service before, during, and after restoration projects by maintaining communication and resolving concerns with urgency and care.
Professional Development:
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and skill development opportunities to support long-term career advancement.
Compliance & Safety:
Follow all company safety guidelines and risk management procedures both in-office and while traveling to meet clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, business development, or relationship management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a competitive environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with a wide variety of personalities.
- Naturally outgoing, confident, and comfortable building relationships through networking and face-to-face interactions.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture.
- Associates degree preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and digital communication platforms.
- Professional, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career with growth potential.
- Experience with professional sales or marketing associations is a plus.
