Job Description

We're looking for a Retail Sales Representative who thrives on helping others, building relationships, and contributing to a positive, team‑oriented environment. This position will work 35-40 hours per week including rotating Saturday mornings. What You'll Do You'll be a welcoming, knowledgeable resource for customers, supporting their everyday banking needs while strengthening long‑term relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting customer account needs by opening, servicing, and maintaining deposit accounts, including safe deposit boxes and IRA distributions Providing accurate, friendly teller services , such as processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances Assisting with debit card, online banking, and research inquiries , ensuring customers receive timely, helpful support Developing new relationships by assessing customer needs, recommending products, and following up on new accounts Serving as a welcoming first point of contact by answering phones, greeting customers, and directing inquiries What You Bring We're looking for someone who is attentive and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Successful candidates will have:
One year of banking experience or more than one year of similar sales experience Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office and banking platforms. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
