Sales & Customer CoordinationServe as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, order updates, and follow-upsSupport sales activities including preparing quotes, entering orders, and tracking through completionBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partnersOrder Management & LogisticsOversee order processing from entry through deliveryCoordinate shipments and monitor timelines to ensure on-time fulfillmentTroubleshoot order discrepancies and proactively resolve issuesOperations & Vendor CommunicationCommunicate with domestic and international suppliers regarding orders, inventory, and delivery schedulesTrack purchase orders and support inventory management effortsAssist with shipping documentation and logistics coordinationInternal CollaborationPartner with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow efficiencySupport ongoing process improvements across sales and operationsAssist with reporting and general business support as needed
