With a competitive base salary and performance incentives, your success will directly grow your paycheck! We're offering a base salary of $37,000/year , with sales associates often earning $60,000 - $80,000 in their first year! As our entry-level Field Sales Representative, you'll receive quality training and learn strategies for successfully generating leads, scheduling services, and securing those bonus checks! You'll be out in the field, engaging with local homeowners and showing them how they could benefit from our incredible roofing and exterior restoration services. You can expect to:
