Job Description
YES Equipment & Services is looking for an ambitious individual that is willing to learn the Construction & Agricultural Industries to be an Inside Sales Representative. Product types represented are Compact Utility Tractors, Mowers, Skid Steers, Telehandlers, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Utility Vehicles and related attachments. Main Manufacturers Represented are Kubota, JCB and Hyundai Construction. Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with customers via phone, email and in person to recommend products and process orders
- Prepare and provide quotations to customers for Equipment specification/pricing review and complete Sales Process
- Provide timely and accurate information to customer order status inquiries
- Partner with other sales team members and shop personnel to meet and exceed our customer's expectations
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update customer records and manage sales pipelines efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies that enhance lead generation and business development efforts. Qualifications
- Outgoing individual - has ability to work independently as well as with team members
- Knowledge of Construction/ Manufacturing Equipment, preferred
