No roofing background or industry experience is required — we're looking for people with a strong attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow. This position offers a chance to gain hands-on field experience while learning communication, outreach, and customer interaction skills in a supportive environment. About the
Role:
As a Sales Associate Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced team members and receive hands-on training while learning the day-to-day aspects of community outreach and field operations. You'll interact with homeowners, build communication skills, and develop experience that can open doors to long-term opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Visit residential neighborhoods and engage with homeowners Identify homes that may benefit from roofing evaluations after weather-related events Perform introductory roof assessments with full training provided Educate homeowners about restoration and insurance-related processes Maintain accurate activity updates and basic documentation Represent the company professionally during community interactions
Ideal Candidate:
Previous roofing sales experience or experience in another customer-facing or sales role is a plus Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face Positive attitude and strong work ethic Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and eager to learn Reliable transportation preferred
