The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be able to manage their own business-within-a-business. You will be a key contributor, not only to our Mission, but of providing the Outstanding Customer Service we are known for while representing one of the fastest growing brands year-over-year in our industry. What You Will Do Greet customers on the lot and guide them into the sales process Help customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs Promote accessories and the right finance products to meet customer's needs Complete sales contracts, deliver vehicles and follow-up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction Participate in manufacturer education and training programs What You Will Bring A passion for helping customers with their automotive needs A proven sales track record Strong communication skills and professional appearance Resilient and competitive with a solid work ethic Computer literate and basic math skills needed to complete sales contracts Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to demonstrate the company's Core Values every day What We Provide 40 hours of professional sales training State of the art facilities Competitive pay plan Requirements A valid driver's license and good driving record Must be 18 years or older
