What You'll Be Doing Run pre-qualified in-home appointments with homeowners Present premium roofing, siding, and window solutions Measure, estimate, and prepare accurate proposals Deliver professional, consultative sales presentations Close deals and prepare contracts Maintain strong customer communication throughout the project lifecycle Generate referral opportunities through satisfied customers Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends What We're Looking For Prior sales experience preferred In-home sales, remodeling, construction, or exterior industry experience is highly desirable Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional, polished presentation style Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset Ability to manage appointments and follow-up independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Who Does Well Here Relationship-driven sales professionals People who value professionalism and reputation Individuals who enjoy helping homeowners make confident decisions Competitive people who want uncapped earning potential without high-pressure gimmicks The Bottom Line There are a lot of remodeling companies out there.
