We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales & Customer Success Coordinator to support our sales efforts, coordinate customer onboarding, and serve as a key communication link between customers and internal teams. Position Summary The Sales & Customer Success Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the customer journey from initial inquiry through onboarding and ongoing project communication. This position works closely with sales, operations, customer service, and production teams to ensure customers receive timely updates, accurate information, and an outstanding overall experience. Key Responsibilities Customer Success & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and project updates. Provide proactive communication regarding project status, timelines, and next steps. Conduct customer check-in calls to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for support. Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth customer experience. Sales Support Prepare and distribute product quotations. Follow up on quotes and customer opportunities. Coordinate and ship product samples to prospective and existing customers. Support customer outreach and lead follow-up activities. Assist with sales presentations, reports, and customer communications. Project Coordination Coordinate communication for new project introductions and ongoing initiatives. Monitor project milestones and communicate updates across departments. Schedule internal and external meetings, customer calls, and project review sessions. Track action items and ensure timely follow-up. Administrative & System Support Maintain accurate customer and project records in CRM and ERP systems. Enter new customer and product information into company databases. Organize customer documentation and onboarding materials. Support business development and special projects as needed. Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred. 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, customer success, or a related role. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or B2B environments is a plus. What We're Looking For Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
