Fein Brothers is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused team member to join our Inside Sales & Customer Support team. This role is a key point of contact for customers, vendors, service partners, and internal departments, helping ensure a smooth customer experience from initial inquiry through order fulfillment and post-sale support. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, professional, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Customer Service & Showroom Support Greet walk-in customers and provide professional customer service Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct customers as needed Assist customers with order updates, delivery questions, service inquiries, and general account support Help maintain an organized, professional, and customer-ready store environment Support store merchandising, displays, and customer experience initiatives Follow up with customers after deliveries or completed service work to ensure satisfaction Sales Support & Order Coordination Support sales staff with order entry, order updates, and order changes Assist with product substitutions, availability questions, lead times, and customer communication Print and process store orders for warehouse pulling and fulfillment Create and manage inventory transfers between branches and departments Receive and process transfers into store inventory Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth order flow and communication Assist with preparing quotes, bids, and proposal documents Warranty & Service Coordination Handle customer warranty claims and warranty-related follow up Coordinate with manufacturers and service companies to resolve warranty and service issues Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and service partners Support communication between customers, service technicians, and internal teams Project & Administrative Support Support Contract and Equipment Sales teams with project-related tasks Research products, specifications, pricing, and lead times Help track project timelines and customer communication throughout the sales process Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks as needed Help create a positive customer experience from start to finish Qualifications Previous customer service, inside sales, sales support, administrative, or service coordination experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities throughout the day Comfortable working with customers, vendors, sales teams, warehouse staff, and service technicians Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software systems Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, POS systems, order entry, or inventory software preferred Experience in foodservice equipment, distribution, construction supply, retail showroom, parts, or service-related industries is a plus Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through What We're Looking For Strong follow-through and accountability Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to stay organized in a busy environment Clear and professional communication skills A dependable team player who values customer service and operational support
Pay:
