Matthew Evans Agency LLC , an independent agency with American Family Insurance , is looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team in West Allis, WI ! Company Overview Matthew Evans Agency LLC is a local insurance agency proudly representing American Family Insurance. We are dedicated to assisting both personal and commercial clients in purchasing and maintaining insurance policies that effectively cover their financial risks. About the Role As our Licensed Insurance Sales Specialist , you'll play a crucial role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients and helping them find the right insurance solutions. You'll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to earn commission on top of a competitive wage.

What You'll Do:

✅ Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss coverage options ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients ✅ Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs ✅ Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales ✅ Process applications, policy changes, and service requests ✅ Meet or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For:

✔ Licensed in Property, Casualty, & Life in the State of Wisconsin ✔ Sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required) ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills (Bilingual encouraged, but not required) ✔ Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset ✔ Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems ✔ A team player with a positive, professional attitude
