As a LEED provider, they help organizations create healthier workplaces, improve indoor air quality, and operate more sustainably. About the Role We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative that will help grow B2B sales efforts across the Milwaukee area . This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and guiding the sales process . To ensure success you will receive formal training , strong internal support, and have a respected eco-friendly brand behind you. What You'll Do Build and manage a pipeline of B2B prospects Attend pre‑set appointments and develop additional opportunities Understand customer needs and present tailored proposals Build strong relationships with decision‑makers Network within local business groups and associations Coordinate new account start‑ups with the regional team Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals What We are looking for: B2B sales experience Proven success in closing new business Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated, organized, and professional CRM and Microsoft Office experience (HubSpot preferred) Integrity, accountability, and a desire to grow Compensation & Benefits Base Salary+
Commission:
