The Principal Solution Consultant is the highest individual contributor designation on Zywave's Solution Consulting team. This is not a promotion handed out for tenure — it is reserved for the rare professional who has demonstrated the ability to shape markets, not just navigate them. At this level, you are Zywave's most credible pre-sales voice in the room: the person prospects trust as an industry authority, the advisor Sales leadership turns to when the stakes are highest, and the standard-bearer for what elite pre-sales performance looks like across the entire organization. You win deals others cannot close, build frameworks the team runs on, and carry influence that extends well beyond your individual pipeline. If your impact cannot be felt across the organization, you have not reached this level.
