$500 per week + 5% commission + incentives

Location:
Milwaukee County and surrounding cities Xcessories LLC is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and growing their own customer base. The Sales Representative will visit multiple retail stores each day, communicate with customers, make sales, and build strong business relationships. We will provide an existing customer list as well as customer lead lists, but the sales rep will also be responsible for finding new customers and growing their network. Responsibilities and Duties Communicate with customers regularly to generate sales and maintain relationships. Drive a daily sales route to multiple stores in Milwaukee County and neighboring cities. Visit current customers, take orders, follow up on needs, and introduce new products. Use provided customer lists and lead lists to develop sales opportunities. Find and contact new potential customers to build a larger client base. Grow personal commission by expanding customer relationships and increasing sales. Represent the company professionally while visiting stores and speaking with business owners or managers. Manage time effectively and stay organized while handling daily routes and follow-ups. Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license. Must have reliable personal transportation. Must be willing to use personal vehicle for daily sales routes. Strong communication and people skills. Good time management and organization skills. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a go-getter personality. Talkative, active, enthusiastic, and comfortable approaching new customers. Preferred experience in B2B sales, wholesale, retail sales, route sales, or outside sales. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is motivated, confident, and hungry to grow. This role is best for someone who does not want to sit behind a desk all day and enjoys being on the road, meeting customers, and creating new business opportunities. Compensation This position pays $500 per week + 5% commission + incentives . The more customers you build and the more sales you generate, the more commission and incentives you can earn.
