Sales Representative
  • Straight Commission Montello, WI 53949 From $3,000 a month
  • Contract From $3,000 a month
  • Contract Job Summary Seeking experienced sales person to secure commercial cleaning contracts.
This would be a straight commission arrangement. Cold calling and prospecting. 10% of the income generated by clients the sales person brings in is paid in commission to the sales person monthly as long as those clients remain clients in good standing. Under the threshold of 25 contracts secured, sales person only gets their commission as long as they are actively working for the company and setting up new accounts. Above the threshold of 25 contracts secured, sales person can continue to set up accounts or not. I.e. If you are a good sales representative able to find and secure quality contracts, you can set this up to work as many or as few hours as you want. Above the threshold of 50 accounts/contracts, commission percentage becomes negotiable. Marketing materials, sales aids, and logo'd apparel provided.
