Sales Consultant Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our beer, N/A and specialty products within your assigned territory of accounts. (Washington, Ozaukee and Milwaukee areas) responsibilities will include communicating and executing brand plans from our supplier partners and contributing to the achievement of collective sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell beverage products to assigned accounts. Provide exceptional service to accounts to maximize growth. Communicate and execute brand plans from supplier partners. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent professional work experience. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and access to a working vehicle. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish enduring customer relationships. Requirements:
Actively engage with assigned customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations through in-depth presentations which convert product features to benefits. Build and nurture relationships with customers ensuring exceptional customer service. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as required. Follow the 10 Steps to the Sales Call and achieve the Six Standards of Performance Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
