Sales Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a teammate to handle inbound and outbound sales calls and customer service upkeep. you will be first point of contact for prospective customers looking to schedule moves. Finding a great balance for booking jobs and keeping the trucks moving helps the entire Team grow.

• Meeting Customer's and Teammates Needs Responsibilities Greet callers with a friendly, professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately. Provide customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clarity and patience. Maintain accurate data entry Perform clerical duties including payment processing, scheduling, and managing calendars Assist with office management tasks such as front desk operations, managing office supplies Experience Prior office experience in sales or customer service role is preferred. Experience with phone systems, clerical tasks, notating jobs, and general office organization Excellent phone etiquette and time management are essential for success in this role.
