  • Full-time Ravin Crossbows, the world leader in high-performance crossbow technology, is searching for an Inside Sales Representative who is just as passionate about the hunt as we are.

Job Overview The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving our mission to provide world-class sales and service experiences to our dealer network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales environment but can also analyze data to make decisions and recommendations. Working with both current dealers and prospective accounts, as well as collaborating with external sales representatives in the field, this role involves relationship-building, sales strategy, and data-driven reporting to ensure growth and customer satisfaction. Occasional travel for annual trade shows and meetings will be required. Primary Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and buyers to drive revenue and expand the dealer network.
  • Collaborate closely with external sales representatives in the field to ensure alignment of sales goals and strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and provide fact-based insights to improve forecasting and business strategies.
  • Contribute to strategy sessions, presenting reports and data that guide sales decisions.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups, ensuring contract accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with prospective clients to expand dealer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Create detailed quotes and customer needs analysis, using both internal and external data.
  • Regularly provide management with accurate reports that include analysis of sales growth, dealer performance, and potential opportunities for improvement.
  • Attend annual trade shows and occasional meetings, representing the company and building dealer relationships Key Qualifications
  • Ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
  • Experience in a sales role with an ability to analyze data and provide fact-based reporting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Teams is a must.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on both servicing current accounts and developing new ones.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with external sales reps and internal teams, contributing to a cohesive sales strategy.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and meetings.
Pay:
$50,000.00
