We are seeking professional, driven Proximity Marketers to support our sales department through residential lead generation and community outreach. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by performance-based earnings, enjoy direct customer interaction, and are interested in developing transferable skills in sales, communication, and marketing. Lead Generator Representatives serve as a key ambassador for the Renewal by Andersen brand and play an essential role in delivering a high-quality homeowner experience. Acting as an appointment setter, you will engage homeowners in assigned residential communities through door-to-door canvassing, introduce them to Renewal by Andersen products and services, and schedule in-home appointments for our Design team. This role combines structured teamwork with individual accountability and offers an unlimited earning potential.

Pay :

$17.00 hourly base to start PLUS uncapped performance bonuses Pay increases to base available as early as within your first 90 days, based on performance Typical annual earnings range from $60,000-$85,000 Top performers earn $100,000+
