Outside Sales Representative - Superior Roofing & Restoration Wausau, WI Unlimited Earning Potential | Veteran-Owned Company | Growth Opportunity Superior Roofing & Restoration is expanding into the Wausau market, and we're looking for motivated, high-energy sales professionals who want to build a career—not just work a job. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs, siding, and exterior storm damage Generate leads through networking, referrals, and neighborhood canvassing Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process Build and maintain strong customer relationships Manage projects from initial contact through completion Work closely with our production team to ensure an outstanding customer experience Represent Superior Roofing & Restoration with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, insurance, real estate, automotive, or in-home sales is a plus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Positive attitude and high energy Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based income Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable working independently and outdoors Veterans Encouraged to Apply As a veteran-owned company, we highly value the leadership, discipline, accountability, and mission-focused mindset that military service develops.
