Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help us penetrate new markets and strengthen existing accounts. Responsibilities Prospect and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person visits Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and event coordinators Meet with clients to discuss apparel and promotional product needs Prepare quotes and follow up on opportunities Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate order details Assist customers with product recommendations including screen printed and embroidered apparel Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat business Maintain organized records of leads, quotes, and sales activity Stay informed on available apparel brands, promotional items, and decoration options Requirements Proven experience in outside sales and B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Basic computer skills and experience with email and spreadsheets Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills Familiarity with inside sales techniques such as cold calling and direct sales approaches A proactive attitude with a passion for business development, prior sales experience is a plus Ability to work independently and a part of a team Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
Schedule:
Day shift 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Wausau, WI 54401: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:
