Administrative Support Specialist - Kent Cartridge Company information Founded in 1986 as Activ Industries and renamed in 1997, Kent Cartridge is an ammunition manufacturing company specializing in the production and distribution of premium hunting and target loads. Since 1997 Kent has been operated as a family-owned business. All manufacturing, shipping and related work is done from the company's Kearneysville, West Virginia location. Customers include large and small retailers, as well as gun clubs and specialty shops located in the U.S and Canada. //kentcartridge.com/ Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls and general inquires Manage office supply inventory and coordinate reordering Sort and distribute incoming mail Support general office operations and assist management as needed Sales and Marketing Support Enter customer orders into company's ERP system and assist with sales rep coordination Prepare and distribute regular sales reports and updates for sales representatives Conduct invoicing and credit memo processing Respond to order status inquiries Support coordination of tradeshow and promotional materials Customer Service Track and manage all customer experience cases within company ERP system Ensure warranty claims are promptly resolved Finance Support Assist with accounts receivable tracking and escalation Required Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred by not required) Join our team where your skills will contribute significantly to our success in delivering high-quality products. $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
