Full-time Overview Construction Equipment Sales Representative:
In this energetic role, you will demonstrate your outside construction sales expertise of rock trucks, track trucks and similar pieces to develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and build lasting relationships with clients. Your passion for sales combined with your knowledge of construction equipment will empower you to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Duties Develop, maintain, and grow a strong customer base by identifying, pursuing, and securing new and established customers. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Stay current on product knowledge and market trends. Communicate regularly with managers / ownership. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and territory management strategies Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client requirements Manage sales, track sales calls, and tracking progress from initial contact to closing rental and sales deals Negotiate contracts and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements while upholding company standards Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and effective communication with management Assist and follow through with ordering parts and scheduling repairs and maintenance on equipment Effectively entering pre-trip, post-trip inspections, and photos into the billing system to bill for damages and fuel Requirements Proven experience in outside sales within the construction or related industries Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills to build trust Ability to conduct product demos effectively and articulate technical information clearly Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, networking, and direct sales efforts Willingness to travel extensively throughout the WV territory Must have clean driving record, pass background check, and on-going drug and alcohol tests This role is perfect for motivated professionals eager to make an impact in construction equipment sales!
