Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Leader / Key-Holder to support the launch and ongoing success of a retail sales program inside Morgantown Mall , on behalf of a major telecommunications company. This role is responsible for leading by example on the sales floor, supporting daily retail operations, and driving performance through coaching, execution, and exceptional customer engagement. The Team Leader plays a critical role in maintaining store standards, ensuring operational excellence, and serving as a trusted point of contact during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Performance Drive individual and team sales performance through product knowledge, customer engagement, and effective selling techniques Leadership & Team Support Lead by example, fostering a positive and performance-driven team culture Support training, and coaching of sales associates Operations & Key-Holder Duties Open and/or close the kiosk as a designated key-holder Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and brand standards Program Execution & Communication Execute directives from leadership and relay key updates to the team Serve as a point of contact during shifts Support launch activities and ongoing program enhancements Support the execution of sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches Monitor daily sales metrics and contribute to achieving store and program goals
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in telecommunications sales and leadership or key-holder experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed What We're Looking For A hands-on leader who leads by example Someone who can grow a strong sales culture and hold teams accountable A coach who enjoys developing talent and helping others succeed A results-driven professional who understands retail sales environments Compensation Team Leader will be eligible for commission and overrides based on productivity.
