The ideal candidate will have:

Sales-driven attitude with motivation to earn competitive commissions Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Customer service or retail experience with a genuine desire to help customers High school diploma or equivalent required Flexibility for rotating retail schedule including some evenings and weekends

Preferred Experience:

While previous sales or retail experience is a plus, we're committed to training the right person who demonstrates a strong aptitude for sales and customer service. Your Earning Potential We set you up for success from day one. New Design Consultants begin at $18.00 per hour during a structured paid training program of up to 4 months. If you're ready to move to commission sooner, you can — the choice is yours. This flexibility gives you the time and support to learn our products, proven sales techniques, and customer experience standards at your own pace. Average Annual Earnings:
