Job Description

We are looking for highly driven, ethical, team-oriented people to help consumers navigate their path to a new vehicle lease or purchase. Automotive experience isn't necessary. We've had tremendous success with people from other industries that have a learning/growth mindset. RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will: Listen to customers as they define their transportation needs. Assist them in finding the right vehicle to meet those needs, while addressing any concerns which stand in the way of a vehicle purchasing decision. Follow our sales process and embody the Joe Holland Philosophy. The Joe Holland Brand Consultant operates from our values of integrity, teamwork, and caring for the customer. Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot with a welcoming smile & handshake. Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network. Provide a quality customer service experience to our valued customers Continuously contribute to a positive and encouraging atmosphere, with readiness to assist customers and fellow associates in the delivery of our products and services. Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads. Achieve individual sales and customer service goals. Be exposed to learning operations and have the opportunity to grow and advance in their career. Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles. Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions. Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport. Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services. Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile. Provides sales management information by completing reports and tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly and social personality, who enjoys meeting all types of people. Passion for success with the drive to meet personal and team goals, while modeling and exemplifying the company culture in all interactions. Confident, organized, efficient, with the ability to multi-task. Leads from a commitment to integrity and self-improvement, with an open-minded, "can-do" attitude. Prior customer service experience preferred. Company provided automotive training. Complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Proficient use of technology, including computer, email and text. Strong communication skills, especially active listening. Ability to create and maintain customer relationships. Self-starter and great team player. Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are required.
