Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative with product knowledge and a passion for serving industrial customers. This role combines sales support, customer service, and hands-on technical work . The right candidate will be comfortable answering calls, assisting walk-in customers, entering orders, and building custom hose assemblies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior inside sales or parts counter experience who wants to grow their career in industrial supply. Key Responsibilities Answer phone calls and greet walk-in customers; provide knowledgeable support and product recommendations. Process orders accurately, including pricing, quoting, and inventory checks. Build custom hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies to customer specifications. Provide technical support on products such as bearings, valves, hoses, and safety equipment. Support a diverse customer base, from refinery operations to individual truck operators. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales counter and work area. Actively cross-sell and up-sell related products to maximize value for customers. Collaborate with warehouse and outside sales teams to ensure excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous inside sales, parts counter, or industrial supply experience strongly preferred.
