Job Description

Newton Chevrolet is looking for a driven, experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team to the next level! If you're passionate about automotive sales, leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies for growth Assist sales staff in closing deals and handling customer needs Maintain strong relationships with customers and the community Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures Work closely with finance and service departments for seamless operations
Qualifications:
Previous automotive sales experience required Prior management or team leadership experience preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets High energy, positive attitude, and professional appearance
