position. We are looking to hire an Automotive BDC Coordinator immediately. Responsibilities

• Utilize dealership experience to provide exceptional customer service and support sales initiatives.
• Engage in outbound sales calls to generate leads and follow up on potential customers.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with sales team to support sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
• Utilize retail sales knowledge to assist in inventory management and control.
• Apply organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Dealership experience
• Retail sales background
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to support sales initiatives
• Knowledge of automotive sales processes
• Proficiency in outbound sales techniques
• Familiarity with inventory management
• Experience in cold calling and marketing
• Organizational skills for managing inventory and retail math
