In this role, you will blend exceptional professional leadership with an upbeat, motivating style to drive store revenue. You will be the heartbeat of the sales floor—coaching associates, engaging customers, and ensuring daily operations run seamlessly.

Ensure every customer receives top-tier service, resolving any escalations with a positive, professional solution.
Manage Floor Operations:
Oversee visual merchandising, maintain pristine store appearance, and coordinate floor coverage.
Secure Daily Logistics:
Execute open/close procedures, supervise point-of-sale operations, and maintain accurate inventory controls. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with 1+ years in a team lead or supervisory capacity. Proven track record of hitting sales targets and cultivating a positive team culture. Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work retail shifts, including peak weekends and holidays. 32-40 hrs a week.
