The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling job and restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. This role requires a hands-on approach to cleaning and restoring various materials and structures while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The Restoration Technician will work closely with clients to assess damage and provide effective restoration solutions. Responsibilities Sell the service to clients and plumbers Perform water damage restoration, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes. Conduct fire restoration tasks such as soot removal and smoke damage mitigation. Execute mold remediation projects by identifying affected areas and applying appropriate cleaning techniques. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration tasks. Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of materials used during restoration processes. Communicate with clients regarding the progress of restoration work and address any concerns they may have. Experience Previous experience in the restoration industry is required. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and mold remediation techniques is highly desirable. Knowledge of water damage restoration processes and fire restoration methods is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
