Key Responsibilities Recruit, attract, and retain top real estate talent. Conduct one-on-one coaching and growth consultations with agents. Help agents increase productivity, profitability, and business performance. Lead training sessions, workshops, and mastermind groups. Create accountability systems that help agents achieve their goals. Build strong relationships and foster agent engagement. Monitor performance metrics and support business growth initiatives. Promote and strengthen the company culture and values. Support leadership in executing strategic growth objectives. What You'll Be Responsible For Coaching agents to increase productivity and profitability. Recruiting, attracting, and onboarding top talent. Conducting one-on-one growth consultations with agents. Building strong relationships and driving agent engagement and retention. Leading trainings, workshops, and mastermind sessions. Creating accountability and helping agents execute their goals. Supporting agents in achieving business growth and professional development. Promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and growth. Assisting with strategic initiatives that support market center expansion and success.
